Looking for a Relaxed, Respectful Home in LDN

Hi, I’m 35 and work as an analyst, splitting my time between home and the office 2 days which is near (Blackfriars/Saint Pauls). I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than a party house, somewhere everyone is respectful, easygoing, and comfortable doing their own thing while still being sociable.

After work I’m usually keeping life simple gym, 5–10k walks, cooking dinner, and winding down with a good series or film. Weekends are a mix of staying in and getting out into the city for theatre, live music, galleries trying new food spots, or planning a long weekend away somewhere in Europe or around the UK for a bit of culture and exploring.

Hoping to buddy up with kind, considerate people for a 2 /3 bed flat. No micro aggressions or difficult household dynamics please, just looking for a calm, welcoming home with kind, polite people.
