Looking for a Relaxed, Respectful Home in LDN

Hi, I’m 35 and work as an analyst, splitting my time between home and the office a couple of days a week near Blackfriars/St Paul’s.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, getting out for a 5–10k walk, cooking, and unwinding with a good film or series. Weekends are usually a mix of exploring London whether that’s theatre, live music, galleries, or trying new food spots and the occasional trip away in the UK or Overseas ideally catching much needed sunshine.

I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home rather than a party house. I value a clean, tidy living environment and like to keep shared spaces well looked after.

I’m looking for like minded housemates who are respectful, easygoing, and independent. It would be great to live with people who enjoy their own routines and interests but who are also up for the occasional dinner, catch up after work, or movie night from time to time. For me, it’s about having a friendly and comfortable home where everyone feels welcome, respected and at ease. A home free from prejudice, microaggressions, and difficult household dynamics is important to me.

I’m open to buddying up with one or two like minded people for a 2 or 3 bed flat. Ideally, I’d love a 2 bed, 2 bath property, but I’m also open to a well laid out 2 bed, 1 bath flat or a 3 bedroom home with the right people.

My preferred areas are Elephant & Castle, Old Kent Road, New Kent Road, Walworth, Camberwell, Kennington, Peckham, Oval, Stockwell, Battersea, Nine Elms, Clapham, Streatham, and Dulwich, although I’m open to nearby areas with good transport links.
