Room available - The Boulevard, Crawley

I am a professional moving from Cambridge to the Crawley area in May. I am renting a beautiful apartment/flat at the Boulevard, a Platform renting reimagined project. The property boasts secure access, a gym, 2 rooms and probably some other nice things. Oh yeah, and concierge services, not sure how they can be used, but hopefully thats a selling point.

I am not a fussy person, so I am looking to share this with a nice laid back/easy going type of person. I am planning to move in the latest 11 May.

Note 1: It will only be 2 people occupying the property(potentially yourself included). Not sure why the advert implying 3 people.
Note 2: Probably not new to interested parties, but you will have to be vetted by the agency. Subletting not allowed.
