Professional male, 34, seeks Buddy Up flatmate

I'm a professional male, 34, looking to Buddy Up with one other person to rent a two-bedroom apartment together. My preference is the new development at Stafford Yard in Bedminster, though I'm open to similar modern apartments in the area if a better option comes up. My budget is £1,200–£1,300pcm, with a move-in date from 1 September. I keep a tidy home and cook most of my own meals, so I'm looking for someone similarly straightforward and easy to live alongside.
