Professional Female Looking For A Buddy-Up

I’m 32 years old and a mother to two beautiful Pomeranians (I take this role very seriously 🤪). I work as an Engineering Safety and Sustainability Manager in the Rail Freight industry and I’ve been asked to relocate to Crewe.

I’m in the early stages of looking for a flatmate around Crewe (ideally a small town or village like Congleton) and considering my options. I have no real preference on location, but looking for someone who works from home and is willing to look after my two dogs when I’m at work (likely 3 days a week). They only need a short 15 min walk at lunch time and cuddles. I’d be willing to pay a higher proportion of the rent to compensate for this of course.

What I’m looking for:
- 3 bed property shared between myself and one other person (one to be used as a spare room/home office)
- unfurnished property only as I have plenty of lovely furniture. I have some spare furniture (bed, side table, etc.) if you don’t have any.
- no preference on gender, but want to live with a working professional who is clean and responsible. Someone who WFH would be great (you could of course use the home office - when I work from home I tend to work on the sofa/dining table)
- ideally someone who I can become friends with, cook with and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day!
- I need a garden and parking dedicated space.

I’m looking to move in early August but can be flexible with timings if I find the right person to share with.
