Friendly Kiwi Couple Looking for Whole Property

Hi there!

Seeking to rent full private property (no housemates) in South West London.

We are Char and Chris from Wellington New Zealand. We met in London back in 2021 - and are now looking to move into a new lovely place together. Currently, we live in Battersea where we have been in the same property for the last 4+ years.

We LOVE to travel, explore London, workout, have quiet nights in, get outdoors, try new restaurants and cafes and have drinks every now and again. We are both working professionals with stable and successful careers. Chris is in global sales operations for an AdTech company and I work as a Senior Talent Partner for one of the biggest travel companies in the world!

We are friendly, respectful and incredibly tidy - our home for the last 4 years has always been kept to an impeccable standard.

We are ideally seeking a home in South West London (not sharing with others). Our top locations would be Fulham / Parsons Green, Clapham, Wandsworth, Balham, Wimbledon, & Kensington & Chelsea. We value clean, modern, light and airy spaces and are ideally seeking a property that has two bedrooms and an outdoor space such as a balcony / patio or garden. We are flexible and open however, and eager to see what’s out there. Accommodation ideally no more than 15 minutes walk from well connected transport links.

£2300 - £2500 preferred - possibility to stretch to £2700 for an exceptional property.

Furnished or part furnished preferred.

We plan to stay in our next home long term - 12 months + would be the absolute minimum considered.

Worth noting we have a two month notice period at our current property.
