I am looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live with good transport links to South Kensington, where I work as a Pastry Chef and Head Chef at a small French deli.

My work involves early morning shifts, so I usually wake up at 4:00 a. m. and go to bed early. I am respectful, quiet, considerate, clean, open-minded, and easy to live with.

I lead a healthy lifestyle and do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs. I place a strong emphasis on nutrition, fitness, and maintaining a disciplined routine.

Ideally, I am looking for a bright, minimalist studio, loft room, or a spacious room with access to cooking facilities, whether private or shared.

A peaceful environment is very important to me. I would prefer a property away from busy high streets and noisy neighbours, with a top-floor loft or room being an ideal option.

I am looking for the best balance between quality and price.

I would also prefer a household with no parties and a calm, respectful atmosphere. I am looking for a home rather than a shared social space.

The property can be unfurnished, although I would need space for a desk and chair to use my computer. Above all, I am looking for a home that meets good health and safety standards, with reliable heating and insulation to stay warm during the winter.
