Moving Manchester to Braunton (or nearby)

I’ve recently got a new full time job in Barnstaple, starting on 14th December, so I’m looking to find a nice house share and am open to buddy up with someone who’s also looking for a new place. Planning to move during December or potentially early Jan 2027 (pretty flexible).

I’m pretty easy-going, friendly and sociable. I’m into surfing, mountain biking, going to gigs and rock climbing (always up for getting out and about). At home I'll be cooking, listening to music and chilling with a brew.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. Ideally, it’d be great to find a place that feels like a home rather than a generic rental house share.

I’m new to the area, so it’d be great to meet someone who’s up for exploring North Devon and getting involved in the local community.
