Looking for a third flatmate (September)

My friend and I are looking for a third person to join us for a 3 bedroom flat search for a September move in (working professionals only due to property requirements). Our budget is £750 (without bills), and we’re primarily looking in central Brighton (about a 25min walk from Brighton station in either direction- but want to stay close to the sea which is where we are now).

A bit about us:

We’re both 27 and working professionals (I’m a civil servant and Takeisha is a SEND Teacher). We’re both plant mums who enjoy yoga, books (attached pic is just an 1/8 of collection), gigs that end by 11pm, and a good movie night/dinner in with the flat (although we love the occasional night out because we’re not grannies). We’re looking for someone to join us that is also looking for friendship, as we love to host friends for dinners/watch parties etc and we’d love you to be involved!).
