Looking for a Room/Buddy-up in Manchester

My name is Sion, I'm 29 years old from North Wales.

I’ve now lived in Manchester for 3 and a half years and open to options for moving.

My work is located in the city centre. I'm looking for a room in a house/flat share or buddy-up that has 'Parking’ (I'm open to pay abit extra for the parking if the rent amount is reasonable)' and a max of 6 months tenancy with an option to extend (Very high chance).

I'm open to move anywhere in the city centre or very near to the city centre.

Little about myself:
Work: I work as a Freelance Quantity Surveyor

Sports & Fitness: I have a passion towards working out, weight training, hyrox training, running and I also play football. I am also a qualified personal trainer, so if you do like going to the gym often that's always a bonus for me.

Socialising: I like to go to bars and socialising every now and then. I also like to have a night in, chill and have some privacy aswell.

I would like to move in with someone that’s open to go and do things together and doesn’t prioritise staying in all time. Manchester had a lot to offer, so I would like to experience it as much as possible.
