Looking for a room or studio flat

Hi, I’m Olivia. I’m originally from South Devon, although I’ve lived and worked abroad, including on yachts, in Australia, the British Virgin Islands and Guernsey.

I’m back in Devon at the moment but have spent quite a bit of time around the Cornish coast over the years and love it down there, so I’m looking for somewhere lovely to call home for a while.

I work remotely for a yacht agency, usually Monday to Friday. I’m pretty flexible though and also enjoy getting out and working from cafés, co-working spaces etc., so I’m not necessarily at home all day.

I’m pretty outdoorsy and active and enjoy running, hiking, yoga and being in or around the sea. I like to be sociable but I’m not a big partier and am pretty chilled at home. I’m clean, tidy and respectful, happy to share space but equally respectful of people’s own space.

I also have a lovely 9-year-old rescue dog, Rumba, who I adopted when she was 8 weeks old while I was living in the BVI. She’s very friendly, calm at home and used to coming pretty much everywhere with me.

I’m ideally looking for a comfortable room in a friendly, relaxed home, or potentially a small studio/annexe. I’m fairly flexible on timing and length of stay for the right place.
