Looking for a room or studio flat

Hi, I’m Olivia. I’m looking for a room in a house or a studio flat to rent.

I work fully remotely, typically Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. I grew up in South Devon, where my family are still based, and after spending time living abroad I’m now settling back into the UK.

I’m 44 and consider myself responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. I like to keep a clean, tidy home and strike a good balance between enjoying some company and having my own space.

I have an active, outdoorsy lifestyle — I enjoy running, yoga, hiking, and sea swimming, and generally spend a lot of time outside when I can.

I also have a nine-year-old rescue dog. She’s very calm, friendly, and well used to living in different homes and environments.
