Looking for a flat to share

Hi my name is Barbara(she/her), I'm a 33 y/o working in central and from home 3/4 times a week
I would love to move last days of October/first days of November
I work in the property industry, work from the office twice to once a week so ideally would like to have my desk in my bedroom, I am not loud while working and can always consider co-working together if you are wfh too! (i also come with a very nice coffee machine)I love to have plans leave the house over weekends, and if stay I would normally be sleeping or reading in my bedroom very chill and quiet.

I am more than happy to get referenced if needed as well, I am moving from my current place after 5 years of living in there, so I am looking for something long term.

I am a very easy going person, friendly, organized, very clean, responsible and sociable. I don't smoke and don't own any pets (still love animals though), I can have a chat but respect other people's time and privacy so I am looking for something similar, I am very mindful and respectful.

I would love a place that feels like a home, I lived with my former flatmate for 4 years and we are now very close friends, I value that.

My hobbies include, cooking, theatre, baking, yoga, knit and occasionaly the gym, I love arts, concerts and a karaoke
