Friendly 29yo professional looking for houseshare

Hi! My name is Giulio, I just turned 29, and I'm originally from Italy. I've been living in London since 2017.

I'm currently based in W10, where I've shared a flat with a friend from uni for the last 5 years. They've now moved out of the UK, so I'm looking for a new place for myself. I've mostly lived around W/NW London since moving here, so I'd love to move more towards E/SE to explore new areas!

I moved to London to study music, got my degree here, and have been working full-time since 2021. Currently working for an online marketplace for booking musicians for events. I mostly work from home but go to the office at least once a week.

I'm looking for a spacious double room in a clean, friendly house share (ideally with good transport links). Ideally, somewhere that feels like a proper home rather than just a room to sleep in!

Happy to provide references/documents, and I'm flexible for viewings around the workday - mornings, lunch breaks, evenings - or during weekends.

As a flatmate, I'm clean, organised, respectful and easy-going. I like living somewhere friendly where people can have a chat, share the odd meal/drink, watch something together, have a nice occasional evening out, or play a game together - but I'm also very respectful of other people's space and downtime.

A bit about me: I'm really into music and have a turntable and a vinyl collection. I can play the drums, a bit of guitar and bass, and I'd like to start learning the piano properly too. I love going to gigs, museums, and parks, going for walks, and exploring new areas of London (I'm really into historical places and buildings). I also love a good homemade coffee, plants, films, series, books, comics, and going to charity shops and markets to hunt for vintage clothes. I'm a big fan of F1, Juventus, and anything Pokémon-related. I'm also somewhat of a wrestling aficionado - niche but worth mentioning just in case ahah!

I have a Nintendo Switch (with games like Mario Party and Mario Kart) and a barista-style coffee machine, so I can contribute both questionable competitive energy and decent morning lattes. You might think Italian = great at cooking, but I'm actually not that good at it - I will, without a doubt, cook the best carbonara you've ever had, but trying to get better at pretty much anything else ahah! I do make great cheesecakes, though (it's not just me saying it, I can provide reliable references).
