52 year old Male seeks a single or double room

I am a male aged 52 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 25/6/26 and have a budget up to 850pcm. I'm like to share with males or females of any age. Non smoker.

I'm currently living in a property in Lancaster by the Castle where I have been renting for nearly 11years.

My existing Landlord has unfortunately given me notice as he intends to return to the UK with a view to sell the property in which I am now. So I am. required to vacate by 25/6/26

I am 53yr old single male.
I have a daughter who is now grown up and so I am willing now to move a little further out of town (Lancaster)

I am currently working with Animal Care in Lancaster a few days a week (as a volunteer).
My life has taken a change over the last few years (health & personnel relationships which i am happy to share) and I am trying to reinvent myself & try some different things. I do therefore recieve some small benefits at this time, otherwise I do have savings to fall back on if that's an issue.
Previously I have being employed in the care sector and via NHS for many years.

A bit more about me.
I have a keen interest in Anything with Antiques, of which i've bought and sold many over the years. I am a keen walker recently finishing 3 peaks and now returning to explore the lakes if fitness allows. I am a bit of a chef, regularly cooking something new each week in kitchen (often with friends) I enjoy my music guitar / keyboard yet it looks like the piano has to go in this recent move. I enjoy a very quite life now, perhaps shared with friends.
I am happy to share references (just recieved from my current Landlord) Deposits, Rent in advance if required (up to 6 months) and any details you might require.
