Looking for a double room

Hi, I’m Jordan. I want a nice clean flat that doesn’t smell of damp and look like the pictures not worn and needing a refurb well maintained. I work in construction. I’m looking for a spacious double room. It’s essential that the property has parking. I’d also like an outdoor space like a garden or patio. This is not necessary. I’d just prefer a place to hang laundry relax in. I’m flexible with the area but I will need good transport links as I work in various locations around London. (No musty houses please I like clean spaces. I will be coming to view all properties that I’m interested in)
