I am a young gay Male who's relationship has recently ended. I'm looking to move somewhere asap, I work running a cleaning bsuniess. I do smoke but outdoors only and occasionally. Im looking for a spacious double room.

I dont have a massive amount of rent to pay but can up it for the right place - also can offer a weekly general clean of property.
Parking would be great as I have an electric car.
Preferably with a live in landlord. Maximum 3 other people in the home.
