Looking for an en-suite room

Thought I’d put one of these posts out early to see if I can find a flatmate for August onwards.

I’m ideally looking for a place around Ancoats, Northern Quarter, or anywhere within walking distance of the city centre. Easy access into central Manchester is the main thing for me.

A bit about me, I used to live in Manchester and I’m now moving back for a while due to work. I work in law, and outside of work I’m into films, travelling, walks, nature, and generally exploring new places. My party animal years are behind me now, so I’m looking for more of a chilled and comfortable home environment rather than a party flat.

In terms of a flatmate, I’m pretty easygoing. Mainly just looking for someone clean, respectful, and with basic common decency. Bonus points if you enjoy a good conversation/movie night.

Budget-wise, I’d ideally like to keep costs down and stay around the £700 mark plus bills, although I can be flexible for the right place. En-suite is definitely a must.
