Seeking a writer-friendly room for October

Dear Londoners,

I'm a writer, author, editor, english teacher and twice-monthly literary podcaster looking for a room with space for my desk and some bookshelves, where I can also record occasional video interviews.

I'd be looking to move in at the beginning of October, (though would consider later options)

What I'm doing:

-A books and authors podcast about writing and dictatorship (2 episodes a month)
-Online language teaching for private students
-Long form journalism for print and online
-A book proposal

What I’m looking for:

-A friendly, civilised environment where everyone respects each other.
-A quiet room with a bed and space for my desk (140 cm, lightweight flatpack) my swivel chair, and some bookshelves
-A clean, quiet flat where I can read and write comfortably when needed (a few days a week, though I'm often in the British Library during the day and out in the evenings)
-Reliable wifi
-Zones 1-3, with a preference for north London on Piccadilly/Victoria/Overground, or Peckham or Brixton as southern options
-Quick access to British Library would be a big plus
-Living with other bookish creative types would be a huge plus.

What I’m like to live with:
-Quiet
-Considerate
-Work from home up to half the week, but prefer to be out and about in cafes, British Library, attending meetings and events.

My Schedule:
-I'm usually in bed by midnight, up around 8-8:30, sometimes earlier, depending on my teaching schedule.

What I’m into:
-Books (Literature, modern history, and international relations)
-Drawing (museum sketching, life drawing)
-Cinema, (esp. 70s, 80s, 90s)
-Russian language study for journalistic purposes (I attend a weekly evening class at Pushkin House)

What I prefer to avoid:
-Shouty spam messages in ALL CAPS from buy-to-let landlords
-Places where there's lots of noise/activity late at night
