Professional looking for 3-bed or less

Hi everyone,

Another round of Spareroom for me. Looking for a new place after a short break in Liverpool. I have a max budget of around 1200 a month, but If I could find somewhere cheaper that would be grand. I'm quite flexible regarding where to find a place, but close to a tube or overground station is important.

I’ve got my own things going on after living in London, but always looking to make new friends and always want a place that feels homely rather than awkward small talk. Do like my own space as well.

Hobbies wise, I love cinema and will be spamming Letterboxd frequently after many Curzon trips. Also own a ton of film cameras and any volunteers for portraits are welcomed; could be a new hinge profile pic in it for you. I’m a medical writer and wfh that majority of the week.

I’ve done plenty of house sharing over 10 years of being in London. I will always respect the shared space including keeping things tidy and clean.

I am also looking for a LGBT friendly household :)
