I am a professional female aged 31 looking for a double room. I am available to move as soon as possible really and have a budget of 750pcm, possibly more depending on location. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I am currently at risk of homeless so would appreciate any consideration.
Please note: I do have a medium size dog, he's fully house trained and friendly. In my previous houseshares he roams freely around the house as he is well behaved and happy to provide references. Please even consider if your not considering pets. I am looking for a room to rent or someone to look for a place together to go halves.
