51 year old Female seeks a double room

I am a female aged 51 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 18th March 2023 and have a total budget of 500pcm. I would prefer to share with females ideally between 35 and 99 years old but I would consider sharing with males too. I would like a clean and tidy environment and Bill's be included. A dryer would be an advantage. I am after a double room. I am in employment.
I am a kind, caring, clean, tidy and helpful individual, I am quiet until i get to know someone. I prefer a quiet environment where no parties are going to be held please.
