Professional relocating to London

Hi, I’m James, a HR professional looking to relocate to London in the coming months.

I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly home with a calm atmosphere and sociable housemates who enjoy a chat or the occasional evening together, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.

I work in HR and typically work from home two days a week, with the rest of my week spent in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active through gym classes, going to music gigs, exploring new parts of London, and spending time with friends. My schedule can be quite busy, so I also appreciate having a relaxed home environment where I can unwind and recharge.

Most weekends are likely to be split between exploring London and spending time with my boyfriend, who lives just outside the city.

I’d describe myself as friendly, considerate, tidy, and easy to live with. I’m keen to find a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep, with housemates who are welcoming and enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space.
