I am a 50 year old professional male living in Devon with my family and working in London during the week (typically 3 days per week sometimes 4) I am looking for a single or double room and I am available to move from 1st Oct 2025. I am happy to share with males or females ideally 30 years old +. I would describe myself as tidy, considerate and sociable and hopefully you would quickly see me as a low maintenance and friendly housemate who treats the space as he would his own :) I work as an HR/Talent Director in the Liverpool St area and so occasionally attend events in the evening which would mean arriving back reasonably late however I am once again very considerate and quiet on these occasions. Not essential however if there was the opportunity to leave a small amount of items such as toiletries that would be great. Thanks for reading.
