Buddy Up For A 2 Bed Property

Hi my name is Gareth and I have found a 1 bed flat really difficult to find. A letting agent told me that life's easier if there are two of you as there are more two bed properties available. So I am looking for a housemate / buddy up to look for a two bed property with me and go straight down the middle on everything.

I'm originally from Hawarden and have friends and family there, so anywhere close is good.
