Queer writer + cat looking for home

Hello! My (very soft baby) 5-year-old cat and I are looking for somewhere to call home <3

I’m 30 and currently taking some time off work to focus on writing. I’m in a position to pay a full year of rent upfront and can provide proof of savings if helpful.

I’d love to buddy up with 1–2 people to find a place we can genuinely make feel like home. I’ve spent the past year outside of a queer household and am really craving more queer warmth, care and affirmation in my living space.

I come with most of the furniture needed to furnish a home, so ideally I’m looking for somewhere unfurnished — which is why buddying up feels like the best fit.

I’m disabled and have a PA who supports me with things like cleaning and laundry, so day-to-day practicalities are well supported.

My max budget is 900 (inc bills), so around 750 not including.
