SW buddy up with senior dog

Hi! looking to buddy up for a 2 bed (ideally 2 bath) with a garden.

Move-in is mid/end of April with some flexibility.

Me: I’m an economist in energy/sustainability and working on my own business. I WFH yet happy to find the balance that suits everyone.
I’m very considerate and tidy. I’m friendly but also value space and privacy, and like a calm environment at home.
Would be nice to socialize when our times align, cook dinner, wine, or a trip to the pub.

Have a full set of furniture which I’m happy to keep or sell.

I enjoy: meeting friends (outside), horse riding, politics, running, Netflix, gigs, galleries, theatre, walks, and food markets.

Dog:
Chilli is a 13 y. o. rescue Tibetan Spaniel X and he’s my world. He is clean, home trained, and adorably funny. Loves a snooze on the sofa. I walk him twice a day and he sleeps most of the day. He barks before he goes for a walk, or if a stranger comes in, delivery guys are the enemy. He’s not friendly initially so he’ll need about a day to warm up to you, afterwards he’ll even approach you for cuddles. When I’m out he will follow you around the house to feel safe so important to be someone who loves animals.
