Looking for a room in a quiet area

Me and my cat are looking for a nice little houseshare/or annex in a nice leafy area to live or lodge!

We would prefer to have access to a garden and birdsong, somewhere nice and quiet.
My cat is a polite and kind cat, she is 14 this year.

I am a singer (classical musician, singing early music), but otherwise a quiet person, I work during the day (around 3-4 days a week), and work 1-2 evenings as well.
I am very respectful with my practicing and happy to work out a system that works for everyone so I don't disturb everyone! Occasionally I might have to sing earlier (like 8am) to get ready for a job, but that is not a regular thing at all, and I will let you know.

We will be moving out around the end of October, but flexible, and possibly even later this year.
