Flat hunter fuelled by food, design & endorphins

I'm a massive foodie and love learning about, cooking and eating food. I'm also keen on running, cycling, hiking and getting to the gym (mainly for good mental health as well as justifying my love of food and clothes). And I'm pretty keen on art and design and I'm very happy to be living in a city filled with so much art and culture everyday.

I've been in London for 7 years now! I'm 37 years old and single, originally from Brisbane, Australia, and previously I've lived in Sydney and the Netherlands. I've been a gypsy in the past but looking to stay somewhere longer term.

I’ve been living with my current flatmate since 2020 and we’re sad to break up our household but rent hikes and her pending move out of London is forcing us apart. I will need to leave my current flat at the end of June but move in date is flexible as needs be!

I heartily endorse any of the following in no particular order:
- Hiking out of London or biking around London;
- Running and F45;

- Pub quizzes;
- having a dishwashers and being able to afford a cleaner;
- Cooking Anna Jones or Meera Sodha
- Hosting “fancy snacks” dinners;
- Podcasts such as: No such thing as a Fish, Gastropod, If you’re listening, and Articles of Interest;
- Buying more books than I can read, and loaning them out before I get finished;
- Line Dancing and day dance parties..

Career-wise, I can work long hours. I work in consulting as a senior service designer, but I love helping humans to have positive experiences of the services they have to interact with to get things done. (went to uni for way too long, and I'm lucky to love my career even when I don't love my job)

I'm vegetarian, gluten intolerant and straight (pronouns she/her), but I don't care if you are.

Hunting for a household with non-smoking (I'm allergic!) friendly housemates who're up for a chat over dinner or film night if schedules align, who are also happy to leave me to my own devices.
