Looking for a room in a friendly, sociable house!

29 year old looking for a room in a friendly, sociable house, preferably in Hackney or Finsbury Park.

I’ve lived in various areas of London over the last 10 years after moving here for uni in 2015. I’ve just returned to work after a 6 month sabbatical travelling around Latin America, and am now looking for a new home in the city.

I’m a tech consultant working in central London. Outside of work I’m usually keeping busy — I love music, gigs and festivals, staying active (tennis, padel and the gym), and exploring London’s restaurants, pubs and bars.

I’m looking for a house where people are up for being sociable — whether that’s heading to the pub, going to gigs/nights out, cooking together or having a cosy night in watching TV — but also somewhere everyone has their own space and independent lives. I have quite a few friends around east and north London which is why I’d love to find somewhere in that part of the city.

I’m clean, easy-going and would love to find a place that feels like a home rather than just a room!
