I'm searching for a sublet/ short term let and my budget is £500 monthly. I am in London from 17th August to view rooms. I am relocating from the West Midlands.

I prefer a short minimum term, no or low deposit. I would like to move by Monday 31st August.

I am also open to different types of house share such as lodging living with a family or self contained. I don't mind pets or children.

Originally I am from Birmingham and lived in Coventry for the past three years. I have a vibrant personality and warm character. I am a clean, tidy tenant with good energy and a peaceful vibe. I prefer a non smoking household as I do not smoke.

I enjoy swimming, walking and creative crafts in my spare time.

I have a positive landlord reference where I have lived in a studio in Coventry for the last 1 year 6 months and maintained rent payments. I have proof of affordability.
