Looking for room in Bedford or Kempston

Hi all - I'm moving to Bedford from West Yorkshire to start a new job as a secondary school teacher.

I'm looking for a room (no agents, please) in Bedford or Kempston and would love a space to unwind (but also get some work done!) with similarly relaxed, clean, respectful people. I'm no party animal but always up for socialising over a pint, dinner or a board game. I've got a fair bit of stuff these days so looking for a decently-sized room if possible.

Cheers!
