Non Binary, Actor/Singer, 30, seeking double room.

I'm a non binary, actor/singer, 30, looking for a double room with good direct links into central (preferably with bills included).

I'd be starting the contract mid-August this year and hopefully be looking to move in around August 14th. Ideally I would be looking for a place with no maximum term as the role may be extended.

A little about me; I'm an animal lover, reader and love a chat. I tend to keep to myself, not because I'm anti-social as I love to hang out, I just operate that way! I'm not one for loud parties and do prefer a quieter living space.

Due to the work schedule I'd be out 6 days a week and won't be getting back until around 11pm depending on the commute. As the job is quite taxing on the body I'd love to find somewhere calm and friendly that enables rest and recovery for the week ahead.

In an effort to not look insufferable, I wanted to add a bullet point overview of everything purely for ease when reading this ad, ha!

This might be a stretch but I'd love to cap my rent/bills at around £750 per month.
