Looking for a Cambridge houseshare

Hi,

I'm looking for a room to rent in Cambridge or nearby. For the last year I've been living in a flatshare in Orchard Park which I share with one other person. However unfortunately the landlord has informed me that he wishes to move back into the property so I'm going to have to find somewhere else.

I currently pay £680 in rent which includes all the bills and tax etc. During my current tenancy I have been a good tenant as I have paid the rent every month on time and the correct amount and have kept the property in a clean and tidy state and have maintained a good relationship with my housemate and my neighbours. My current landlord has said he is happy to provide a reference.

Regarding myself I'm fairly quiet and reserved. I have a few hobbies including playing guitar and nature walks.
