Professional Male seeks a double room or annex

I am a professional male aged 37 looking for a double room with own lock on door and my own bathroom.

I would be looking to commence tenancy around april/may 2026

I have a 7 year old son who I spend time with every Saturday and some over nights, he is a very quiet and calm boy, but would like somewhere I can bring him and him to feel comfortable even though we would be in my room majority of the time.

I would like to share with males or females of any age.
