Double en-suite room or any space. Torquay area

I’ve just moved to Torquay and the rental apartment I am currently in has now sold so I need somewhere else to stay for a bit until I find where I want to settle and hopefully buy.
As close to the water is ideal but I know beggars can’t be choosers!
I have all my own furniture so unfurnished is great but not a deal breaker.
Murphy is very well behaved, small, very friendly with adults and children and other dogs. Not sure about cats tho! He has always slept with me. He was a very abused rescue so deserves to be spoilt. He’s not a barker at all.
Outside space for a late night pee- for Murphy because I’m housetrained!
I’m really quiet and respectful and will spend a lot of time outdoors on the water and walking. I love to cook but again in this hot weather it’s not essential. I do own a very great smoker griller for outdoors tho and basically use that as much as I can in the summer so space for that would be lovely.
Equally happy to do a house sit and if you have animals/ plants I can help with those.
Hope to hear from you with space in your place. In a bit of a hurry as I only have about 3/4 weeks til the contracts complete here.
