Need somewhere to live and be happy.

My current landlord has decided to sell her house in Mochdre, Colwyn Bay and has gave me a very short period of notice to move out.

I have a 9 year old little girl who is the greatest. I really need to find place to stay so I can be close to her. She lives with her mother but i see her for 50% of the time.

I'm a 48 year old non drinker, non smoker, very quiet and polite. I'm former private guitar and music theory teacher who used to gig a lot. These days I just play guitar for pleasure but I'll happily refrain if the noise is an issue.

I just need a break finding a place to live near my daughter as she is honestly the most important thing in my life and i couldn't bear to be apart from her.
