Potential Tennent for Flatshare

Hi there :)

I’m a music teacher looking for a room in a friendly flatshare within commuting distance of Erith — areas like Deptford, Greenwich, Blackheath or Island Gardens would be ideal.

I work full-time and keep fairly structured hours, so I’m usually out during the day. At home I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces and easy to live with.
Outside of work I’m into music (naturally!), art, travelling and socialising, but I also really appreciate having a calm, relaxed home.

I’m currently living in an HMO without much communal space, and it’s made me realise how much I value living somewhere that actually feels like a home — ideally with friendly, considerate people who are happy to chat, hang out occasionally and share the space properly, while still respecting each other’s independence.
