Friendly, tidy professional looking for a relaxed

Hi, I'm looking for a comfortable and friendly place to call home. I'm easy-going, tidy and respectful of other people's space, and I'm hoping to find somewhere with a relaxed atmosphere rather than just a house full of strangers.

I work/study during the week, so I'm generally quite busy and keep a good routine, but I'm always happy to have a chat, watch a film or share the occasional meal with housemates.
