Place to Be Between Brighton and Chichester

I'm looking for a nice place to be mon-fri, preferably with parking. i love pets and comfortable with pretty much anything as long as i have some space to myself.

I'll be doing a master's at chichester for the next couple of years and working in brighton so I'm looking for something in either place or between either short term to start me off or long term if it works out.

i keep myself pretty busy but i like to have peace and quiet at home. i'm clean, tidy and responsible. i like to have a drink every now and then but my party days are mostly over!

would be nice to find someone that likes sports - climbing, swimming, surfing, tennis, football and more.
