Friendly 25 y/o looking for room/roommate

Hi! I'm Umamah (25, female, Irish-Pakistani) and I recently completed my MSc in Finance from Warwick. Looking for a place to stay in London while I interview, and preferably once having found a job (rent is not an issue as my parents will pay). The earliest I can move in is August 2026. Some areas I'm interested in are Ealing, West Hampstead, Seven Sisters, Canada Water, Camberwell and Battersea. Highly prefer someplace close to the Piccadilly/Jubilee/Victoria lines. My budget is about £850 pcm.

I'm looking for a place I can call home (i. e. the property should have a personality), and flatmates who I enjoy spending time with (while respecting each others' privacy). I enjoy going to cafés and the gym! I also really love cooking and sharing my food with my friends! :)

I'm very tidy and always make sure the common areas are kept clean. If I'm free I also do a bit of sweeping around the house. I'm ideally looking for flatmates who value cleanliness the same way I do. I'm a bit particular when it comes to this, and want to stay somewhere which is clean both inside and outside (felt the need to add this as a lot of properties don't meet this criteria).

I love animals, and I have two bunnies and a parrot of my own back home (but you don't have to worry about me bringing in any animals into the house). Would love to stay somewhere with a pet!
