Friendly 25 y/o looking for room/roommate

Hi! I'm Umamah (25, female, Irish-Pakistani) and I recently completed my MSc in Finance from Warwick. I'm looking for a place to stay in London near Westbourne Park station which is where I work in startup operations. I'm looking to move in between mid July-early August 2026 (although I'm slightly flexible). Some areas I'm interested in are Paddington, Hammersmith, Maida Vale, St John's Wood, Ealing. Highly prefer someplace close to the Circle/Hammersmith & City lines. My budget is about £1000 pcm.

I'm looking for a place I can call home (i. e. the property should have a personality), and flatmates who I enjoy spending time with (while respecting each others' privacy). I enjoy going to cafés and the gym! I also really love cooking and sharing my food with my friends! :)

I'm very tidy and always make sure the common areas are kept clean. If I'm free I also do a bit of sweeping around the house. I'm ideally looking for flatmates who value cleanliness the same way I do. I'm a bit particular when it comes to this, and want to stay somewhere which is clean both inside and outside (felt the need to add this as a lot of properties don't meet this criteria).

I love animals, and I have two bunnies and a parrot of my own back home (but you don't have to worry about me bringing in any animals into the house). Would love to stay somewhere with a pet!
