Looking for friendly, quiet house or flat share

My name is Charlie and I'm 38. I'm from London and work full time as a Senior Resource Manager for a global creative advertising agency. I work a hybrid week so am usually in the office 3 - 4 days depending on how busy or quiet it is.

I've lived in Hackney since 2012 so I would like to stay in the same area (Stoke Newington / Clapton / Homerton) and not venture further out.

I am a clean, considerate house mate who is looking for a place to call home. I would like to share with like minded people and create a calm living environment. Essentially, I’m looking for a place to call home and not a crazy party house. I’m happy to be social with housemates but equally appreciate our own space.

I love music, films, going to the gym - all the usual things really.

This is not a dealbreaker as she is currently living with my ex but I also have a lovely 1 year old tuxedo cat called Judas. She's an indoor cat and is very sweet so ideally I would like to find somewhere she is also welcome. I understand that it may not be possible so if that is the case, she will stay in his care.
