Hi,
I am looking for either a flat/studio, or a double room with ensuite in a property with friendly, reasonable, easy going and considerate people.
I am a sociable, clean, tidy, considerate person who enjoys the company of others, whilst respecting their peace and privacy (I am not looking for a 'party' house). I do not smoke, but don't mind sharing with considerate smokers.
Available parking is important, as I am a driving instructor.
