Hi,
I am looking for either a furnished or unfurnished large flat/studio, or a large double room with ensuite in a property with clean, tidy, friendly, reasonable, easy going and considerate people.
I am a sociable, clean, tidy, considerate person who enjoys the company of others, whilst respecting their peace and privacy (I am not looking for a 'party' house). I do not smoke, but don't mind sharing with considerate smokers.
Permanent available parking is essential, as I am a driving instructor. Please be aware that I'm unable to answer calls whilst I'm teaching on lessons, so it's best to message me and I will get back to you as soon as I have the opportunity to do so.
