Room to let - York

Hi, I am looking for a room (double) to let in York or studio flat. I am a straight male, full-time professional (working 6-7 days a week) working within a very secured industry, with a very safe job; non-smoking, non-drinking, non-vaping with a very clean attitude about living space (communal and personal as well), cleaning straight away always no problem. I am quiet before and after work. I don't own any pets and I don't plan. No car at the minute, just a scooter.
