Lovely tenant or a helping hands in the house

Hi I am looking for a VERY QUIET room in nice area, preferably close to the sea but somewhere walking distance to town centre (since my working hours start very early). In return for nice- quiet home and adequate rent I could also act as A SEMI CARER or. A PETSITTER in the house - helping with gardening, cooking, dog walking, pets caring, light cleaning, sorting laundry, helping with food shopping (for some older gentleman or older lady who I would live with)..
My hobbies and interests are mostly jogging , swimming, cooking, reading historical books, relaxing in front of tv, always taking care of nature and environment. I myself am very clean, considerate, quiet, helping and caring person who was brought up with deep moral and ethical believes. If you need someone who pays rent on time, who is highly respectful to your property and your established rules or someone who is more than happy to accompany you ... your pets or your older beloved-ones, pls let know.🤗
