Flat/Flatmate wanted

I am looking for either a double with bills included and preferably en-suite.
Not too picky on amenities, as long as there's WiFi and a washing machine.
I like being in a clean and tidy place and always happy to help around the house and with anything on request, and usually offer to cook for you whenever I cook. I spend most of my time at work or in London and Kent for other projects so I'm not around a lot, but generally I am a quiet person.
I don't mind who I live with, as I can get along with anyone really.
