Looking for a double room or buddy up

I'm a 48 year old, professional male. I require a double room but would prefer a buddy up on a whole property (2/3; bedroom house
/flat)
I'm currently working in the Royston/Cambridge area but ideally would like to find somewhere in or close to Kempston/Bedford as thats where my little boy lives and will be attending school from September. I will have my son regularly at the weekends and possibly the odd night evening during the week. He is 9 years old and has autism. He's a lively and kind little boy and this move is to give him a possible place to relax and feel like home away from home. Obviously he would only use my space but he will ask questions and chat to anyone about anything he's interested in. I have no preference on roommates age, sex etc just as long as their respectful and have a sense of humour.
