Houseshare- double room or buddy up

I’m looking for either a single or double room preferably city centre or somewhere within decent walking distance?

It’s really important to me that my home feels like a safe space where I can chill and chat with my housemates.

I do like my own space to wind down after work but I also would love to make friends out of this and socialise on an evening/weekend.

I’m open to buddying up if there is the perfect property.
