Looking for a room in a quiet house, circa £500pcm

I’m looking for a spacious room (large single or double) in Kent, ideally close to or in a quiet coastal area. My budget is around £500pcm, inclusive of all bills.

I prefer a quiet life, but am sociable, approachable and friendly. Ideally l would like to live in a smaller household with people around the same age as me or older, but this is not a priority. Space for storing a bicycle, a garden and communal living area would be ideal, but are not essential.

I like to be helpful where I can, and am no stranger to carrying out odd bits of maintenance etc around the house if needed. I’d also welcome the opportunity to do some gardening!

My date of availability reflects the required notice I would have to give to my current landlord (min. one calendar month up to end of following rental term), but I can enquire as to whether she’d be amenable to waiving this requirement if your property has an earlier availability and it is suitable.
