PhD Student seeking 1 bed Flat/Studio accomodation in reasonable driving distance of Birmingham University.
Hello! I'm Red, an incoming Engineering PhD student, beggining my doctoral studies at Birmingham Uni from late September. Looking for secure housing while I transition to a new city and begin my career. Looking Ideally in the range of £700-900. As a full time student I am exempt from Council Tax. I am considering Unfurnished accomodation, but would prefer a washing machine and/or a fridge if that is available. Preferrably in a safe area with access to street parking. Happy to make my own arrangements for WIFI.
