Professional Female: short term or sublet

I’m looking for a short-term room for a very close friend who is coming to London to work with me as a hospitality manager, from 4th September until around 20th December.

She’s a genuinely lovely, conscientious and respectful person. clean, tidy, self sufficient and very easy to live with

She’ll be working full-time, including some evenings and weekends so she’d be an especially good fit in a household with people working more traditional office hours, as her routine tends not to clash with busy mornings or bathroom times

Ideally, we’re looking in Wandsworth, particularly around Carey Gardens, Nine Elms or nearby, with a budget of around £600 per month. For the right place, she may also be able to pay the full rent upfront for the entire stay, giving a landlord or live-in owner extra reassurance and certainty

We’d particularly love to hear from anyone with a spare room who might be open to a short-term arrangement. She would look after the room and home extremely well and be a considerate, dependable flatmate. If you have something that could work please do get in touch, you’d be giving a room to a really lovely person who simply needs a welcoming London base for a few months

She does have her own active SpareRoom profile but as she’s new to the platform and doesn’t yet have any reviews or verifications, she’s finding it difficult to get responses. I’m very happy to personally vouch for her and provide a reference and she has references from her current landlord also.
