Looking for a flat/house share

I’m a 25-year-old professional female looking for a calm and comfortable place to rent — ideally a double room with an ensuite (preferred) or a studio / 1-bed flat.

My budget is £1,300 per month, though I can be flexible depending on the property, what’s included, and the location. I'd prefer to find somewhere that includes the bills in the monthly price but I'm happy to discuss this.

I work full-time (self employed) and I am looking for a peaceful space where I can rest, recharge, and occasionally work from home. I have fibromyalgia, so having a quiet and comfortable environment where I can take breaks or lie down when needed is important to me.

I currently live with my partner and our two children, so I am renting a 2 bed flat, but I’m looking for a separate place where I can work and rest, as it’s difficult to do so at home.
(To clarify - I am looking for just myself, I wouldn't be bringing them)

Ideally, I’d like to be based in Milton Keynes, preferably near Central MK, with good transport links and local amenities.

I won’t be at the property 24/7 — mainly using it Tuesday to Friday (and the occasional Saturday morning).

I’m open to short-term lets or flexible arrangements and happy to share with males or females aged 18+.
